In GenPlex¢â v1.2, the user is not only able to analyze two-dye chip data but also one-dye chip data such as ABi chip etc. It has enabled the user to commence the data input process much easier by separating the data importing progress into one-dye chip data and two-dye chip data. Moreover, the functions listed below are added or improved in main analysis module. Especially the various functions related to dendrogram and heatmap are added in the clustering module. Thus more useful application is available when the user writes reports.

Preprocessing Module
