In GenPlex¢â v1.8, added the module for analysis and pre-management of GeneChip data (America Affymetrix Inc.) that is the most widely used chip platform in the common DNA chip market. Also it is able to analyze the various formats of GeneChip¡¯s data such as GeneChip raw file (.CEL) and GCOS output file etc. It provides information of high quality annotation information regarding to every GeneChip model. Moreover in v1.8, we have improved the flexibility of each analysis module and increased the convenience of analyzed result management and usability of analysis. For instance, the common gene count function that is able to combine the significant genes generated from various statistical methods has been added to the DEG module. In the Clustering module, it has become possible to analyze the number of input data at once. Here are the details. Preprocessing Module- Affymetrix GeneChip data: importing and pre-management function - Affymetrix GeneChip data: Statistical management function for GCOS (MAS5) data - Affymetrix GeneChip data: Creation of GEM file (basic GEM; basic GCOS format) - Plot added: Sample Correlation Matrix plot DEG Module- ANOVA and Kruskal-Wallis test: Able to select the class if the Multi-class is entered - Volcano Plot: Add to project tree function of gene list (Used for comparison of results) - Combine Results: Common gene counts - Affymetrix GeneChip data: Provide PMA filtering followed by Detection call - Export multiple results to clustering function added Clustering Module- Multiple data importing: Manage the number of input files in one clustering module - Able to remove the selected input data: Accompanied results will also be removed - Imputation function added - Missing data Filtering function is added - Column Editing: alteration of column order function is added Classification Module- Export multiple results to clustering function is added Common points - Affy annotation is added: prokaryote class added - Provide additional category of Annotation information:Basic information (9 categories OMIM etc) |
