SNPwizard is the system that is developed for performing various jobs related to SNP research such as SNO data upload, information search, filtering and information storage on the web more efficiently. SNPwizard consists of DB that contains human dielectrics and SNP information, search system and various application programs that are able to perform on the web. SNPwizard DB basically includes various human dielectrics information of many databases that are operated by NCBI and it provides plenty more accurate information to users by an efficient combination of these factors. Especially, the user is able to search and filter the SNP that mapped in target gene area, which is related to disease by using various conditions. Searched dielectrics information and filtered SNP lists can be saved in text or image form. Since the image file is linked to Microsoft PowerPoint™ OLE object, it can be edited or modified by users. Also It enabled the user to upload the SNP information possessed by users directly to SNPwizard DB and enabled direct comparison with SNP annotation information of dbSNP.
