Home > Bio Information > Database   Since today’s biologists manage a large quantity of data that is produced in various types of formats, according to high-throughput technology which is used for experimentation, the management of intellectual resources of biological data has become one of the important tasks in bioinformatics. Thus, the simple data saving and management function, and moreover the data mining function, must be added on the database management system (DBMS) that requires data analysis and management like Microarray DB. The main features of our Microarray DB are:   1) Manage experiment raw data and the analyzed data concurrently   2) Provide the relevant information about the experimental conditions including sample preparation, cDNA     chip library preparation, extraction methods and results of natural products   3) Provide “Intelligent Query System” that can answer complex queries of users.
