Toxicogenomics is the field that researches the phenomenon inside the body related to toxins in the aspect of dielectric. Especially in new drug development, this is a really significant study that maximizes the efficiency by selecting the lead comp. of new drugs with the high success possibility faster and more accurately during the researching of toxicity and safety, which is part of the preclinical trial and clinical process. Toxicogenomics research normally conducted by high-throughput technology that analyzes the gene expression pattern that is generated by drugs and period using cDNA microarray. Also simultaneously it practically uses the wide range of data such as animal experimentation data, DNA information data, and etc. Organizing and practical use of the relation between these data can be explained as the most important part of Toxicogenomics research.

Comparative Toxicogenomics database consists of 4 different types of databases. It organizes, extracts and analyzes the related information of database through the database information, which is combination of those data. It also enables the user to compare data with the intellectual query operation.
Toxicity related information system is the database that obtains the useful information extracted by text mining technology from MEDLINE and toxicity database. This system collects the scattered toxicity data and combines the correlation between genes, drugs and diseases then providing the analyzed results.
